Cost for whole pork is $2.35/lb hanging weight, plus processing. The $200 deposit will be applied to the meat costs paid to our farm, excludes processing. We estimate a whole pork to weigh about 200 lbs.
By purchasing a side of pork (half or whole), you will have two invoices to pay. One invoice will be paid to our farm for the remaining balance of your hanging weight. The second invoice will be paid to the butcher for processing upon pick up of your meat. Processing costs will vary on the cuts you select.
When we receive your deposit, we will reach out to you with processing information about a month before the scheduled date.
