Cost for quarter split-side of beef is $3.25/lb hanging weight, plus processing. The $250 deposit will be applied to the meat costs paid to our farm, excludes processing. We estimate a quarter side of beef to weigh about 175-200 lbs. Split-side is a half of a half side of beef.
By purchasing a side of beef (quarter, half or whole), you will have two invoices to pay. One invoice will be paid to our farm for the remaining balance of your hanging weight. The second invoice will be paid to the butcher for processing upon pick up of your meat. Processing costs will vary on the cuts you select.
When we receive your deposit, we will reach out to you with processing information about a month before the scheduled date.
